Lagos Life changes quickly, and the game has no official changelog page that we could find. This page keeps a dated record of the changes we could confirm, newest first, each with its source. It is an independent log, not affiliated with Lagos Life or its developer. To play, go to the official site at lagoslife.app.
How we keep it: every three hours a script reads the same public data the official site serves to logged-out visitors (the governor, the law in force, the daily headline and the gem hunt clue) and records any change here. Everything else comes from the official terms and news reports. We have not played the game logged in. Times are Lagos time (WAT).

The official site's data lists the law under the governor, together with the time it was set, and the law can change during a term: on 9 October the law went from Food subsidy to Minimum wage raise while @Franka was governor.

Daily gem hunt
The game runs a daily gem hunt: it shows one clue a day and a countdown to the next gem (in the game's own code as "Daily gem hunt", "Today's clue" and "New gem in", checked 10 October 2026). We record each day's clue exactly as the official site gives it, together with when the next one is due. We do not give answers or guess where the gem is: we have not played the game logged in. We leave out the reward, the number of finders and the leaderboard names.

Cities and places
- Lagos was the setting at launch on 1 October 2026.
- Abuja and Port Harcourt: Vanguard reported on 7 October 2026 that the developer announced on X, on 6 October, that both cities were live. The game's own help says how to get there: fly from Murtala Muhammed Airport in Ikeja, or take a coach or night bus from Jibowu Motor Park, and the cab there is included. Details are in how to play, section 8.
- OBO: the public map has shown an "OBO · Coming soon" label on 8 and 9 October 2026.
- Snooker Spot: on 9 October the public map showed a Snooker Spot label that was not in the list we recorded on 8 October.
The terms say places in the game may be adapted, renamed or fictionalised, and that appearing in the game does not mean a real place approved it. Our homepage has the full list of place labels.

The official site lists these as its only accounts: X @LagosLifeApp, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn. It also says its emails always end in @lagoslife.app. Treat anyone else using the Lagos Life name to ask for money or passwords as not official.
