What to write to us about

• A mistake on a page. Include the page address, the sentence that is wrong, and a link to the source that shows the right fact. We check that source before we change the page. How we handle corrections is on our about page.
• A privacy request. For example, a question about the analytics or advertising described in our privacy policy.
• Anything else about this site, such as a broken link or a page that will not load on your phone.

What we cannot help with

This site has no accounts and cannot see or change anything in the game. We cannot reset a password, restore a character, refund a purchase or unlock an account.

For game accounts and payments, contact the game's operator through the official site, lagoslife.app. The official terms list support@lagoslife.app as the support address (checked 11 October 2026).

We will never ask for your Lagos Life password, and we do not message people first on WhatsApp, Telegram or social media. If someone says they are us and asks for your login or money, it is not us.
